Started his career in the oil & gas industry as wireline trainee with Shell in 1980. He progressed & developed himself to Wireline Specialist whilst 15 years in Shell Malaysia. He further enhanced his career to overseas engagement & working on land offshore installation in countries like UAE &, Yemen, Qatar, Russia, India, China, Australia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Thailand, Brunei. Worked with Almansoori, Geoservices, Expro, Expertest and MB Petroleum.

His vast experience & knowledge inspired him to formed APAC Well Services providing well services management & manpower, equipment sales & rental inclusive training to the industry in Asia Pacific region.
